Therapist Kellie Gilmour shares with you a lifetime of experience and study in the recovery and maintenance of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Kellie was one of the first students in the UK to gain an internationally recognised qualification in clinical Holistic Reiki in 2006, “but it was when I studied Jikiden Reiki that things started to make sense!” after being introduced to Jikiden Reiki by Amanda Jayne in 2012 and later training with Sensei Tadao Yamaguchi in 2017.

“After many years of studying various avenues to health and happiness, including the anatomy, physiology and nutrition of the body, hypnotherapeutic techniques, counselling and mental health maintenance, as well as worldwide traditional practices and philosophies for the conscious, subconscious and spiritual mind, I have found that a solution to living well, achieving peace of mind and maintaining good physical health can be easily achieved by anybody through the balanced lifestyle and positive outlook that comes with the practice of Reiki”

Kellie has also completed the necessary training to practice Reiki within a multi-disciplinary team for NHS Oncology wards and hospices. She is trained in counselling skills and is qualified in Mental Health First Aid and ASIST Suicide Intervention, ensuring exceptional care of those in her care.

Based in the beautiful town of Falmouth, Cornwall, she also travels throughout the UK and wider abroad to wherever she is needed, offering online appointments too.
