What to expect during a Reiki session
Your Jikiden Reiki practitioner tailors each session to you, so no two treatments are exactly the same. Your Reiki appointment will usually begin with a conversation about your wellbeing before your practitioner explains what to expect during the treatment.
During a typical session, you'll remain fully clothed and relax comfortably as the practitioner gently places their hands on areas of the body. Most find the experience deeply calming and relaxing.
