What to expect during a Reiki session
Every Jikiden Reiki practitioner tailors each session to the individual, so no two treatments are exactly the same. Your appointment will usually begin with a brief conversation about your wellbeing before your practitioner explains what you can expect during the treatment.
During a Reiki session, you'll remain fully clothed and relax comfortably as the practitioner gently places their hands on different areas of the body. Many people find the experience deeply calming and relaxing, although everyone's experience is different.
