What happens during a Reiki session
Your Jikiden Reiki session will be focused on your specific needs. Usually, you will begin by discussing what has brought you to have Reiki and your current wellbeing. After this, your practitioner will let you know what to expect during the treatment.
During a Jikiden Reiki session, the receiver remains fully clothed as the practitioner gently places their hands on different areas of the body. The experience of receiving Reiki is, for most people, deeply relaxing and calming. Some people sleep, others are aware throughout. No one thing is better than another, your treatment session and experience will be unique to you.
