What to expect during a Reiki session
Practitioners begin the session with a short conversation so they can ascertain your current situation and why you have decided to receive Reiki. They will explain what you can expect and tailor your session according to your needs, which means no two treatments are completely alike in terms of where they place their hands.

During the Reiki session, the client remains fully clothed and lies on a comfortable treatment couch. Each experience, and each treatment is different, yet, as the practitioner places their hands on different areas of the body, clients generally report feeling a sense of deep relaxation and often find themselves sleeping a restful, restorative sleep.
